A collection of photographs by James Heneghan

As promised, my favourite shot of the trip! I had to wait a long time to isolate this girl from the dozens of other kids running and splashing around! To get the water effect I had to use a slow-ish shutter speed and all the while I had conservative muslim families wondering what the hell I was doing peering down the long end of my zoom at their scantily clad kids. As soon as I got my shot I was out of there!

The water has so much movement and the girl is so still and their colors unite them both. Lovely!

Just great! Plenty to facinate the eye. The twisting water is very unique.

This is clearly one hell of a shot!
I'm glad you made it out there alive (with the muslim families wonder what you were doing)!

Just a question. Do you ever do any post-processing before uploading in Photoshop or the like? If so, what are the basic fixes you usually do?

Great site by the way!
